Both companies will combine to form the world´s largest offshore jack-up ASV and support company with a global reach spanning Europe, the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), and Asia Pacific Regions. The newly formed company will operate under the brand name Seafox. Douglas-Westwood were engaged by Millenium Offshore Services in connection with financing for the transaction.
